A deep dive in our recruitment practices

I’ve worked with Katherine in a variety of guises over the past 10 years. During this time, she has consistently demonstrated her ability to work with pace and energy to any given piece of work, remaining committed to see the end result through to its conclusion.I joined Westerleigh Group towards the end of 2020, and it became clear that our resourcing process would benefit from improvement. I engaged Katherine to undertake a deep dive in our recruitment practices and identify where opportunities for improvement could be made.Katherine fully engaged with both the business and HR as well as reaching out to colleagues past and present. Whilst operational processes were reviewed, Katherine also explored our employer branding as well as the candidate experience. Diagnostic review of our current recruitment practices

I invited Katherine to come into our organisation to carry out a diagnostic review of our current recruitment practices and to make recommendations on the short and medium term opportunities we should be going after. She demonstrated a strong understanding of our business and was efficient, organised and insightful in her approach, leaving us with a comprehensive overview of how we could make improvements.
