We started with a full audit of all their processes and got into the details of their RFI and RFQ – from there we were able to close in on a bespoke solution. We negotiated with suppliers to in order to find the ideal ATS for their purposes and that matched their budget. We also implemented project planning procedures and trained the staff to ensure that everything was embedded smoothly.

We analysed all existing processes and resourcing strategies used on both the retail and corporate sides of the business so that, when we took over, we knew where efficiencies and improvements could be made. Our aim was to raise the profile of Talent Attraction, a key concern for stakeholders.
